Without a good solid team you will be going nowhere. Some parts of the maps may not be covered so you could get flanked easily. An all attack team will gets kills quickly but will get killed from behind. A too defensive team will  result in camping and no pushing so no kills will be earnt quickly.

Flak Jacket is a perk that only takes up 1 slot in your CREATE A CLASS. It is a essential perk which protects you from most enemy explosive projectiles. From close it will defend you unless you are already injured. When used with 'Tactical Mask' it is an indestructible combination.

It is a genius method of being able to see the enemy fully while your whole body is covered except from your head which is a very small target to shoot at.
